Rashid, showed up on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly replaced the broken spring on my garage door, and even lubricated the moving parts to ensure smooth operation. What a life saver! I needed help replacing two panels bc the HOA was hassling me. I called around two other places who were not helpful and couldn't do it in the time frame I needed ASAP. Then my 3rd call was to American Veteran Garage. They got right back to me. They came out understood my situation. Worked with me to give me exactly what I needed. And to my surprise. Did it that day. Tony was my technician. He was so helpful, polite, funny, and fair. It's hard to find people or businesses with INTEGRITY. I found that with American Veteran Garage. I'm a life long resident of Las Vegas so believe me that's a rare thing here. I would absolutely recommend their services. Looks like they also found a life long customer. I can't say enough about this business. My garage door on one of my rentals was bent by a car impacting it and it couldn't be closed. I called American Veteran and they came out immediately. Cameron assessed the situation and fixed everything that was wrong with the door, bent the door back into shape and had it operating within about an hour and a half. They are honest about what you need and don't attempt to fix things that are not broken. They have a really generous Veteran's discount to boot! I will not be using any other garage door company in Vegas. I highly recommend them!
